Don't put off telling them. It will be better for them to hear it from you than to hear it from someone else. Month 7	She can now recognize your voice. Your baby can open and close her eyes.
Month 8	The skin is getting thicker. Antibodies are increasing.
Month 9	The baby begins to move down in preparation for birth.

Ask your physician about taking special prenatal vitamins that contain folic acid. Be sure to eat from the suggested food groups each day. Try to avoid fried, salty, sweet or greasy foods. 6-11 servings of (one slice of bread, 1 oz cold cereal, half cup cooked cereal or pasta) breads and cereals 3-5 servings (half of a cup chopped or a cup whole) of vegetables and 2-4 servings (one piece of fresh fruit or half a cup of canned) fruits 2-3 oz. of proteins 2-3 times a day (cooked fish, chicken, 1 egg or half cup of beans) 2-3 servings (1 cup) of milk, yogurt or cheese Drink at least 8 cups of water or juice each day.
